As an American expat, I usually stock up on all my favourite US foods when I'm back visiting the US. But with rising flight prices, and a growing family, it gets harder to get back as often as I used to.

These peppers are a favourite and there isn't really a close substitute in the UK, so I was chuffed to see them on offer. My British husband loves them even more than I do.

The jar size is probably perfect for us, we use the peppers mainly as an occasional treat in sandwiches, and will probably get through the jar in a few months.

We will definitely be back to buy more when we run out!

My favourite

I really like putting jalapeños (from a jar) on sandwiches, but they can be too hot. These have the flavour without the heat, will def keep in the house!
